4. Reiki Healing Services

Reiki is a complementary energy practice intended to support relaxation, balance, emotional wellbeing, and energetic harmony.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment, veterinary care, psychological support, or professional healthcare.

Individual experiences with Reiki vary, and no specific physical, emotional, or spiritual outcome is guaranteed.

5. Akashic Records & Tarot Guidance

Akashic Records readings and Tarot sessions are offered as tools for reflection, insight, and personal exploration.

They are not intended to predict a fixed future or replace professional advice relating to health, legal matters, finances, relationships, or important life decisions.

Clients remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

6. Booking Process & Payment

To request a session, clients may submit a booking enquiry through this website.

After receiving your request, payment instructions will be shared via email.

A session booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Once payment has been received, I will be in touch with the next steps and session details.

Submitting a booking request does not reserve a session appointment until payment has been completed.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the session takes place unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Prices may be updated from time to time. Any confirmed booking will remain at the agreed price at the time of booking.

8. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Rescheduling does not guarantee availability for a specific date or time.

9. Refund Policy

Since these services are personalized and involve preparing space and energy, the sessions are non-refundable.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
